Terms of service
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all purchase contracts between Wunderlab e.U. and consumers purchasing our products. Deviating terms and conditions from customers are not accepted unless Wunderlab e.U. expressly agrees to them in writing. These GTC apply to both consumers and business customers, unless otherwise stated.

Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded when the customer places an order and we accept it with an order confirmation. The order can be placed in writing, by phone, or via email. With the confirmation, the contract becomes legally binding.
Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply, which are clearly stated in the offer and during the checkout process.
Delivery
We deliver only within Germany. Unless otherwise specified in the offer, delivery takes approx. 3–5 days. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly.
Payment
Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, or via PayPal. For advance payments, our bank details will be provided in the order confirmation, and goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Credit cards are charged upon order completion. Any additional charges related to specific payment methods are clearly disclosed during checkout.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please refer to our Withdrawal Policy.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional warranties and their specific terms can be found with the product or on dedicated information pages in our online shop.
Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence – except in cases involving injury to life, body, or health – we are only liable if essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are breached. In such cases, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Any further liability is excluded.
Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provision shall apply. The laws of Germany apply exclusively to contracts between you and us, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
