WallPad Pro - Picture Frame Mounting
On which walls can you use WallPad Pro?
WallPad Pro adheres reliably to various surfaces such as plaster, concrete, tiles, glass, wood, metal and plastic. For optimal adhesion, it is important that the surface is free of dust and grease. We therefore recommend that you clean the wall surface thoroughly before attaching the wall pads.
IMPORTANT: WallPad Pro is not suitable for latex or washable paints, coarse plaster with a roughness of more than 0.5 mm and wallpaper.
How do I install WallPad Pro?
Installing WallPad Pro takes four simple steps:
- Stick the magnet pad to the back of the picture frame and press it firmly for 10 seconds.
- Attach the wall pad to the desired location on the wall and press it firmly for at least 10 seconds.
- Attach the picture frame to the wall.
- Align the image – done!
What is the maximum load capacity of WallPad Pro?
WallPad Pro is available in two versions:
- WP1000: This 100 x 100 mm magnet pad is ideal for small pictures up to A4 size or a maximum weight of 1 kg.
- WP2000: With a size of 125 x 125 mm, this magnet pad is suitable for larger pictures or a maximum weight of 2 kg.
Which picture frames is WallPad Pro suitable for?
WallPad Pro is available in two versions:
NARROW: Suitable for picture frames up to 10 mm deep.
WIDE: Ideal for deep pictures, stretcher frames and canvases up to 20mm deep. The “depth” refers to the inside of the picture frame.
Where can I use WallPad Pro?
WallPad Pro is designed for indoor use. For optimal adhesion, we recommend a room temperature between 15°C and 30°C.
Can the WallPads be reused?
Yes, our wall pads are reusable. To remove, pull the pad evenly diagonally from one corner. Before using it again, check the adhesive surface for dirt. Dirt, dust or paint residue can affect the load-bearing capacity. If the adhesive surface is dirty, clean it thoroughly with water. Do not wipe the adhesive surface dry with a cloth afterwards, but let it drip dry or air dry. After about 15 minutes, the pad is dry and can be used again.
The magnetic pads on the back of the picture frame cannot be removed. They remain on the picture frame.
Will my wall be damaged when I peel it off?
The adhesive film on our wall pads is particularly strong. The prerequisite for removing it without leaving any residue is a solid primer on the wall paint. We therefore unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility for any damage to the wall paint or the picture frame itself.
It is recommended not to hang valuable and irreplaceable items. The user is responsible for deciding whether the product is suitable for a particular purpose.

How do I install the Wunderlab bed guard?
Installation is child's play and takes less than 10 minutes . You can mount the bed guard directly on the slatted frame or on the bed - whichever you prefer. Everything you need is included in the delivery : screws, nuts, Velcro and anti-slip pads. Simply attach the parts and the bed guard is safely installed!
Does the bed guard fit every child's bed?
Our bed guards fits most standard children's beds . Regardless of whether you have a slatted frame or a stable bed edge - the bed guard can be attached flexibly and ensures a secure hold. If you are unsure, please come and see us or contact us and we will help you!
What materials are the bed guards made of?
Our bed guards is made of high-quality, robust wood , which ensures maximum stability. So that your child can play with it without worry, we have used a child-friendly varnish that is completely free of harmful chemicals. Strong metal brackets also provide extra support and safety. So you can be sure that your little darling is not only well protected, but also sleeps in a safe, pollutant-free environment!
Can you see the screws and if so, why are there no screw covers included?
Our research has shown that the majority of children's beds have a bed frame height of >8cm. We took this into account when designing our fall protection. The screws were placed as low as technically possible so that the screws are hidden by the bed frame.

We had this idea at first, but decided against it for safety reasons. We know from our own experience that children put everything they can get their hands on in their mouths. Standard screw head covers are simply put on the screws and are easy to remove. If screw head covers are used, it would only be a matter of time before children discover them, put them in their mouths and choke on them. The safety of children comes first. We hope you share our views.
What advantages does the Wunderlab bed guards offer compared to traditional bed rails?
Our bed guard not only looks better, but is also much more stable and robust than conventional bed rails. While the designs stimulate your child's imagination, they also offer the necessary protection. Thanks to the high-quality material and the flexible fastening options, you are always on the safe side
Can I reorder replacement parts such as screws or Velcro straps?
If you ever need replacement parts such as screws, Velcro or similar, you can simply contact us by email. We will be happy to help you and make sure that you get everything you need.
Can the Wunderlab bed guards also be used on box spring beds?
Our recommendation is no . Box spring beds do not offer a suitable attachment option for our bed guards. In addition to a firm connection to the bed (with Velcro on the slatted frame or with screws on the bed frame), we only recommend beds that have a bed frame to prevent slipping out.
Do I need my own tools for assembly?
No. Everything you need to assemble your Wunderlab fall protection is included in the delivery. Have fun with it. 🙂

Wir liefern innerhalb Österreichs und Deutschlands versandkostenfrei. Zusätzlich versenden wir in viele europäische Länder, darunter Belgien, Tschechien, Dänemark, Finnland, Frankreich, Irland, Italien, Niederlande, Norwegen, Polen, Portugal, Spanien, Schweden und die Schweiz. Für diese Länder fällt eine Versandpauschale von 4,90 € an.
Wie lange dauert der Versand?
Innerhalb Österreichs und Deutschlands beträgt die Lieferzeit in der Regel 3–5 Werktage. Für andere europäische Länder kann die Lieferzeit variieren.
Welche Zahlungsmethoden akzeptiert ihr?
Wir akzeptieren verschiedene Zahlungsmethoden, darunter Kreditkarten (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, EPS und Maestro
Wie kann ich meine Bestellung verfolgen?
Nach dem Versand erhältst du eine Sendungsnummer per E-Mail, mit der du den Status deiner Lieferung jederzeit online verfolgen kannst.
Wie kann ich meine Bestellung stornieren oder ändern?

Wie funktioniert die Rücksendung?
Wenn du einen Artikel zurücksenden möchtest, sende uns bitte eine E-Mail an service@wunderlab.at. Wir teilen dir dann die Rücksendeadresse mit. Bitte beachte, dass die Kosten für die Rücksendung von dir getragen werden.
Wer trägt die Kosten für den Rückversand?
Falls dir ein Produkt doch einmal nicht gefällt oder nicht passt, kannst du es natürlich innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist an uns zurücksenden.
Die Rücksendekosten trägst du in diesem Fall selbst. Wir stellen kein Retourenlabel zur Verfügung, da wir so die Preise fair für alle halten können. Bitte schicke uns einfach eine kurze E-Mail an service@wunderlab.at mit deiner Bestellnummer und dem Hinweis, dass du etwas zurückgeben möchtest. Du erhältst dann alle Infos zur Rücksendeadresse und zum weiteren Ablauf.
Sobald die Ware wieder bei uns angekommen ist und geprüft wurde, erstatten wir dir den Kaufbetrag über das ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsmittel zurück.
